We recently took a look at 99Bill's newly launched website. At the time of launch 99Bill was having plenty of some technical difficulties which has left its forums in chaos and many users infuriated. I have decided to check back and see what progress has been made.
According to the posts left on 99Bill’s forum, known as the 99Bill Club, it appears that not much has changed in the past two weeks. The same problems previously reported are still being reported and a few other new problems have also seemed to have popped up. One user claims that after purchasing a mobile phone card for 100 RMB his mobile phone account was only credited 3, while others are complaining about missing funds from their 99Bill stored-value accounts. The forum administrator, however, seems not to be discouraged by the latest surge of rants and complaints forum activity and has just posted a new congratulatory notice announcing that the 99Bill Club has just surpassed 50,000 registered users… Congratulations indeed…
