Maverick China Research analysts Dave Carini and Edmund Hung attended Nokia’s Our Mobile Life 2007 event in Beijing today to explore the company’s latest handsets offerings and marketing strategies in China. Invited as guest analysts, Dave and Edmund met with two of the top managers responsible for the new product launches and exchanged ideas about opportunities in both the enterprise market and the super low-end market in China. Although at two opposite spectrums of the handset market, Nokia has targeted both and is succeeding in taking market share from China’s domestic handset vendors.
