Baidu (China's most popular search engine) has recently put their Baidu Video search function on their main website (after News, Websites, MP3, etc.).
It shows all different types of video programs and some hot topics in China such as the Olympics and the recent Earthquake in Sichuan, and has a similar design to Baidu MP3 channel.
Online video, as a main source of information, is becoming popular in China, and Baidu is getting the message and putting it's video index in a more prominent position. With Baidu expanding to many different areas other than search, they may be even planning to enter the online video market in the future. They have already done some business in this sphere - Baidu TV, where they provide video advertisements.
